Czechs in the City: The Czech-American Experience in Cleveland

Czech Duck (and beer) at Marta’s | March 19, 2009

I’ve been asked to briefly comment on my restaurant experience at Marta’s several weeks ago. I very much enjoyed a crispy roast half-duck, which was very tasty and well seasoned. Definitely superior to the Chinese duck that I’ve eaten in the past (which was too moist and fatty). There were several fresh dumplings on the side:

Together with the two beers and cheese danish desert, this was a very filling meal. Yes, the duck was memorable but the cheese danish was rather plain tasting.
